The Genesis Behavioral Health Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured therapy groups with a holistic focus on mind, body, and spirit. Young Adults (ages 18-25) focused on:
Intensive Outpatient services are designed to serve as an increase in care from once-a-week outpatient therapy or as a step-down from a higher level of care (acute care hospitalization or residential services). The Genesis adult IOP provides individualized treatment plans and utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Our holistic approach also incorporates the family system into treatment by providing weekly family therapy sessions for our clients throughout the course of treatment. While we employ a trans-theoretical approach to treatment in order to provide tailored interventions that meet our clients needs and goals, our most common treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Our ultimate goal is to employ these evidence-based treatments in order to motivate change and create a healthier life balance in not only our clients' lives but also within their family units.
Our offices utilize a hybrid setup that accommodates both in person and virtual participants.
