I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused, Family Systems, Gestalt, Mindfulness-based, Motivational Interviewing, Play therapy, Psychoanalytic and Solution Focused Brief therapeutic techniques in my work with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues.
